How to use Pay It Monthly

To spread the cost, select the option labelled “Pay it monthly” at checkout.

Elecy offers simple, interest-free monthly payments through our partner PayItMonthly. Follow the steps below when checking out on elecy.co.uk.

Step 1 – Add your bike to the basket

  • Choose your preferred Elecy bike and any accessories.
  • Click “Add to cart”.
  • When you’re ready, click the basket icon and then “Checkout”.

Step 2 – Enter your details

  • Fill in your contact email or phone.
  • Enter your shipping address and confirm your delivery method.
  • Click “Continue to payment”.

Step 3 – Select “Pay it monthly”

  • On the Payment step, choose the instalment option labelled “Pay it monthly”.
  • You will be redirected securely to PayItMonthly to complete your finance application.

Step 4 – Completing the PayItMonthly form

Once redirected, you’ll see the PayItMonthly application screen. Here’s what to do:

  • 1. Choose your payment frequency
    Most customers select Monthly for the lowest, simplest payments.
  • 2. Select the number of months
    Use the dropdown to choose how many monthly instalments you want (e.g., 3, 6, 9 or 12 months depending on order value).
  • 3. Adjust your first payment
    Use the slider to increase or reduce today’s initial payment — the future monthly payment amount will adjust automatically.
  • 4. Choose your future payment date
    Select the day of the month your instalments will be taken (e.g., 1st, 10th, 20th). This gives you full control so payments land after payday if needed.
  • 5. Review the payment breakdown
    You’ll see:
    • Today’s first payment
    • Future monthly payments
    • Total number of payments
    Everything is clearly displayed before you continue.
  • 6. Complete your details
    Enter your name, address, and date of birth so PayItMonthly can verify your identity instantly.
  • 7. Sign and confirm
    You’ll digitally sign the agreement and confirm you’re happy with the plan. Once approved, you will be returned to Elecy and your order will be confirmed.
