Shipping & Returns Policy

Where We Ship From

Elecy orders are drop shipped from our UK partner warehouses. This allows fast local delivery and full order tracking.

Despatch Speed

  • Same-day despatch on business days for orders placed before 1:00pm (UK time).
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays despatch the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK delivery: 2–5 working days from despatch.
  • Remote areas (e.g., Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland) may take a little longer.

Tracking & Updates

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order is on its way.
  • If a delivery is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery or provide a collection option.

30-Day Refunds

You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of delivery provided it is in pristine, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories and manuals.

  • To start a return, contact info@elecy.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item/packaging.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and outer carton so we can organise a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • Delivery estimates exclude courier delays outside our control (weather, strikes, peak periods).
  • For safety and hygiene, used items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
